AI Daily Briefing 是一套面向一人公司的通用 playbook,帮助你用更少的人力完成更稳的增长、交付与决策。
概览
This skill gives a solo founder a single daily command center: overdue items, today's priorities, key context, and one clear focus decision.
The objective is operational clarity before execution starts. If your day begins with fragmented tabs and context switching, this skill is the fix.
Use with ai-meeting-notes, daily-review-ritual, and weekly-operations-review.
适用场景
- At the start of each workday.
- Before a heavy meeting block.
- When you feel scattered and need a forced priority reset.
- During high-workload weeks with multiple deadlines.
Required Output Format
When user intent is "briefing," respond in one message with:
- Overdue items (if any).
- Today's priorities.
- Calendar snapshot (if available).
- Recent context highlights.
- One sentence for focus of the day.
Daily Workflow
步骤 1:Collect Inputs
Primary sources:
todo.mdmeeting-notes/(last 3-7 days)- optional memory/context files
- optional calendar integration
步骤 2:Rank by Urgency and Consequence
Sort tasks by:
- Deadline risk
- Revenue or delivery impact
- Dependency risk (blocks other work)
步骤 3:Build a Tight Priority List
Return 3-5 priorities max. Every priority should be specific and executable.
Weak: "Work on outreach" Strong: "Send 5 follow-ups to leads who opened proposal in last 48h"
步骤 4:Add Context, Not Noise
Surface only context that changes today's decisions:
- commitments made,
- promised deadlines,
- stakeholder dependencies.
步骤 5:End with One Focus Decision
Always force a single dominant objective for the day.
Operating Rules
- One response only.
- Keep sections in fixed order.
- Skip empty sections.
- Max 5 bullets per section (except full calendar list).
- End with one focus sentence.
Example Trigger Phrases
- "briefing"
- "morning briefing"
- "what's on my plate"
- "what should I focus on"
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Listing too many priorities.
- Mixing backlog ideas with today's must-do actions.
- Presenting calendar events without prep implications.
- Ending without a single focus statement.
Definition of Done
A briefing is complete when it tells the operator:
- what is urgent,
- what matters most today,
- what context cannot be forgotten,
- and exactly where to focus first.
